Decent Art Collections is a home decor and art brand offering the following products:
- Planters
- Fountains
- Wall Lights
- Wall Hangings
- Floor Lamps
- Calligraphy Art Pieces
All products are handmade/curated, and slight variations in design, texture, or finish may occur. This is a natural characteristic of handcrafted items and not considered a defect.
2. Order Placement
- By placing an order on our website, you confirm agreement with the product, price, and quantity selected.
- After an order is placed, we may contact you via WhatsApp/Call/Email for confirmation.
- If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative option.
3. Pricing
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change without prior notice; however, prices for already confirmed orders will not change.
- Shipping/delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown separately in the order total.
4. Payment
- Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, or other online payment methods mentioned on the website.
- For bank transfers, the order will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery time depends on item availability and your location (typically 3–10 working days).
- Fragile items (such as fountains, wall lights, and ceramic planters) are packed with care; however, minor damage may occur during transit. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- Delivery charges may vary depending on area and weight.
6. Returns & Exchange
- Returns/exchanges are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
- In such cases, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video or photos as proof.
- Custom-made or personalized calligraphy pieces are not eligible for return/exchange unless defective.
- Returns based on change of mind will not be accepted.
7. Refunds
- For approved returns/exchanges, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days via the original payment method or store credit.
- Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part.
8. Product Care & Warranty
- Basic care instructions will be provided with each product (e.g., wiring for lighting fixtures, drainage for planters, etc.).
- Electrical items (wall lights, floor lamps) carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover misuse or electrical faults caused by the customer.
9. Intellectual Property
- All designs, photos, and content on this website are the property of Decent Art Collections.
- Copying, reproducing, or commercially using any design or content without permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Liability
- Decent Art Collections is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from product use (e.g., issues arising from improper installation of a wall light).
- Installation (especially for wall lights and wall hangings) is the customer’s own responsibility unless a professional installation service has been purchased separately.
11. Changes to Terms
Decent Art Collections reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will take effect as soon as it is posted on the website.
